Dr. Curtis is dual-board certified in General and Addiction Psychiatry. She has a special interest in helping people get motivated to make healthy changes in their lives. She works to empower her clients to take charge of their health through nutrition, lifestyle, and stress management. Other areas of special interest and expertise include reproductive and perinatal psychiatry, addiction and recovery, mood and anxiety disorders, sexual health, environmental medicine, spiritual aspects of health, meditation, yoga, and Ayurveda (Indian traditional medicine).
Dr. Curtis received her education at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (BA Psychology), University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine (MD), University of Wisconsin-Madison Department of Psychiatry (Residency) and University of Arizona, Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine (Fellowship).
