Maureen Marshall works with children (10+), adolescents, families, and adults. She is trained and experienced in working with childhood, adolescent, and adult trauma and its effect on individuals and families. She works with those involved in school and family transitions, stress, depression, anxiety, grief, emotional/behavioral concerns, and adjustment issues. Maureen works collaboratively with individuals and families utilizing existing strengths to expand ways of coping. Ms. Marshall is licensed in the field of addictions and codependency, and works with clients of all ages. She can assist in understanding the role of drugs and alcohol in her client's and their family's lives, especially for those who struggle with co-occurring mood issues and addiction. Maureen provides assessments and offers recommendations for additional treatment when needed, in addition to developing a relapse prevention plan that addresses blending long-term recovery skills into daily living.
Ms. Marshall received her education at the University of Iowa in Education (BS) and University of Wisconsin – Whitewater in Counseling (MS/LPC/SAC).
