Dr. Daniel Davis sees adolescents and adults in individual, couples, and group psychotherapy. He primarily employs Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, and Interpersonal/Dynamic therapy approaches. Dr. Davis has over 10 years of experience providing psychological evaluation and neurocognitive assessment to children (5+) and treatment services to adolescents (12+) and adults with a wide range of mental health needs, including learning disabilities, attention deficits, cognitive disorders, dementia, traumatic brain injury, and cognitive difficulties secondary to chronic medical or mental illness. He is also well versed in personality assessment. Dr. Davis has specialized experience working with persons who have chronic pain, psychosocial adjustment to chronic illness/disability, and Asperger’s Disorder/Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Dr. Davis received his education at the University of Iowa, Psychology (BA), Rehabilitation Counseling (MA), and Counseling Psychology (PhD, APA full accreditation). Post-doctoral training was received at the University of Iowa Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities program with Dr. Dennis Harper, ABPP. Dr. Davis is credentialed by the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology.
